All returns must be approved before the item is sent back to us.

  • What items are returnable?
    • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
    • In original condition
    • In the original packaging and contents
    • All returns are subject to inspection, testing or verifying that there is no problem with the item if it’s being returned for credit
    • If the item is being returned for warranty replacement we will test the item to confirm the issue before replacing the item, if no problem is found the same item will be returned back to you
    • Core returns items-must be returned clean and oil free
  • What items are non-refundable?
    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • Opened packaged ECM's
    • ECM's programed to a bikes VIN
    • Open packages of bearings
    • Open packages of electrical parts
    • Decals
    • Installed parts
  • Are there any charges for return?
    • There is no charges for return
    • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges
    • The original package and packing must be returned for full credit. Any returns after 30 days is subject to a restock fee.
  • How do I return?
    • Please email or call us to start your return.
  • How soon will I get my refund?
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
