All in stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 8AM CT will ship the same day.
St. Paul Harley-Davidson's standard shipping may include one of or a combination of DHL, USPS First Class Mail, & USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we my have to send the items via UPS-SCS services. Shipping cost are based on the weight and the dimension of the item(s).
Items with the two asterisks (**) after the part number will require us to verify that you are using those parts on a Buell motorcycle. We will need you to send us three (3) pictures of your motorcycle, one of each: vin number on the frame, of the complete motorcycle, and the paperwork proving you own the motorcycle (title). Without providing these to we will have to cancel the order or the affected items on the order.
Estimated Shipping Times and are not guaranteed due to each country postal service infrastructure. The estimated times do not include the time it takes for the package to get through customs in either country.
DHL shipments are usually under a week to most areas.
USPS First Class is a 3-12 week service depending on the country. This service may not be tracked in most countries and will most likely show the last scan entry of Chicago USA until the package shows up to your post office or door. If you want a service the is trackable to your door please consider Priority Mail, DHL or FedEx. The postal service will not consider the package missing unit 6 weeks past the ship date.
USPS Priority Mail is a 10-14 Business Days service. The delivery time will vary depending on the country and their service time line. The postal service will not consider the package missing until 6 weeks past the ship date.
No paints may be sent via USPS postal service.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Also please note it is out of our control how fast the item(s) will complete customs inspections or how long it may take to get to the end destination. We can contact the company the you have chosen and request an investigation on any missing package after the delivery window has been passed.
Do to our federal laws we can’t change the value of any items we are exporting and we must include the original invoice to match the values on the export paper work. Improper or forged documents can result in your items getting seized by our or your custom agents. If we get caught changing export documents we could lose our right to export items and or a fine from federal government.
So needless to say we will not alter, change pricing on invoices, mark item as “used” or send its out as “gifts”.]
